Code Enforcement

In 1996, NNA established a task force to assist with code enforcement in the Northside. We help Northside residents report apparent code violations and to rectify them. If you are aware of a potential code violation which you wish to report, CONTACT US. NNA will keep your identity absolutely confidential. We will investigate and if we determine that there is a probable code violation, we will request voluntary remediation by the property owner and, if unsuccessful, we will report the matter to code inspector Mark Ruffing and follow up with him to make sure the problem is abated.
